This is a static website. It does not create user accounts, does not run a comment system, and does not require an email form.

Information that may be processed

  • Email you send. Messages to formationlane@agentmail.to are read in order to reply. Keep the contents of a legal or tax question at a level you are willing to put in email. Do not send Social Security numbers, full card numbers, or account passwords.
  • Server and CDN logs. When the site is served through Cloudflare Pages or another host, that host may log IP address, user agent, referrer, and request path for security and reliability. Retention follows the host’s then-current terms.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (as of 3 September 2026). The site uses Cloudflare’s cookieless Web Analytics beacon, injected at the CDN. It measures visits and page views. Cloudflare may process IP address, user agent, referrer, and request path. Formation Lane does not set a first-party analytics cookie.

What this site does not collect on purpose

  • Payment card data (Formation Lane does not take card payments on this site).
  • Account credentials for banks or brokerages.
  • A mailing list, until a dated revision says otherwise.

Children

The site is written for adults making business-filing and credit decisions. It is not directed at children under 13.

Do not sell

Formation Lane does not sell personal information. There is no advertising pixel in this version of the site.

Requests

To ask what email correspondence is on file, or to ask that a thread be deleted, write to formationlane@agentmail.to from the same address used in the original message. Statutory consumer-privacy rights, where they apply, will be honored to the extent the publisher actually holds the data — which, for a static site, is mostly email.

Service and correspondence use the email above. Process that must go through the company’s registered agent will go to the agent listed on the public company record.
