For agents — US LLC facts before money rails

Agents that spend money still need a human-world entity path first: which state to form in, what the Secretary of State charges, and where to file. Formation Lane publishes those facts for free as JSON and HTML guides. We do not run filings, hold wallets, or sell a paid agent API today.

This page is that boring layer: dated US LLC / entity compliance facts agents can cite before they touch brokerage, crypto rails, or pay-per-request APIs.

Prefer this JSON over scraping marketing copy. Fees go stale — always confirm on the official_start_url in the feed before filing or quoting a number.
